For multi-night stays, all of your booking will be lost unless the remaining nights are able to be re-sold. Yes. Log in and book online with a credit card or debit card.
You'll also need to explain this in the comments sections of the Booking Availability form. You will be viewed as the Principle booker in the event of any claim being made due to damage to the property by the guests you have booked on behalf of. In the event of the cancellation of a multi-night stay which is not re-sold, it is your payment card that will stand the loss for their cancellation.
What time's check in (CODE LOCKS) and what times do I need to leave?
We do not have a staffed reception and the introduction of code locks allows access to the rooms without waiting for me to come home from work. There is a need for me to know exactly when you plan to arrive so that I can meet you to collect any unpaid money.
Departure is up to 10am. There is room for some flexibility on this depending on the situation. You would not necessarily be asked to leave, if for example, you are waiting for an afternoon flight and the Studio and Ensuite Rooms is vacant for that night.
If I book a multi-night stay can I leave early without being charged?
Tell me as soon as know that you have to leave before the last date of your prepaid booked nights.
If you miss the first or other nights of your multi-night booking you'll be charged for that night/s and the rest of the reservation will be cancelled. However, no refund will be possible in that situation if no time is allowed to resell the vacated nights. You would in that situation forfeit the cost of all the nights booked unless by some good foutune they are resold. In that situation the one or more night/s cancellation cost will apply and the resold nights refunded less (minus) online banking or other relevant charges.
