Situated in a quite area of South Liverpool, the accommodation is a 5 minute drive from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Shuttle Buses run from the Airport to Hunts Cross Railway Station which is only 2 minutes drive from the Apartment.

Hunts Cross Train Station links to Liverpool City Centre and Lime Street Train Station for the National Rail Network, as well as to Everton and Liverpool Football Clubs, Aintree Race Course, and further afield into Manchester, Southport and Blackpool.

There are also our local buses, City Tour Buses and taxi services to help you explore Liverpool's night life, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, parks, gardens, coast line, Albert Dock tourist area and Mersey Ferries.

En-suite Facilities

The Studio En-suite Triple has a combi-VHS&DVD- television, kitchenette with cooker, combi microwave, washer dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and plenty of local shops to help you fully enjoy your stay. The room is fitted with a double bed and single bunk bed combination, thus making it a triple room.

The Ensuite Tripple Room
has facilities for food preparation, combi microwave, and tea and coffee making, dishwasher, washer dryer, and TV- VHS&DVD COMBI. The room is fitted with a double bed and single bunk bed combination, thus making it a triple room.
The house has forecourt car parking with security lighting.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT METHOD:

The payment is a 2 stage process.
1) You pay a 10% deposit to HostelBookers or 5% to Power Hostels if you book via Power Hostels.

2) The rest of the amount will be taken in full online prior to/before your arrival.

3) Please ensure that you have sufficient funds on your card to pay for all of your stay at the time of booking.

4) Please contact your bank to ensure that they will permit the remainder of your booking to be taken on line. A number of cards have been rejected when I have tried to complete the payments due to banks not authorizing the payments.

5) Both rooms are fitted with a double bed and single bunk bed combination, thus making it a triple room, sleeping 3 people from the 25 August 08.

6) The 3rd person pays £25 on the card of the main booker, once you notify me..

7) Any 4th 'surprise'/unexpected guest, will be charged £25 payable in cash and will sleep on an inflated sleeping mattress on the floor.

8) RE-ROOMING POLICY
The Studio Ensute is allocated to guests who are staying more than one night and the Ensuite Triple room is allocated to guests who only book a single night even though they select the Studio. Where a guest has selected the Ensuite room for multiple nights, they will be allocated the Studio, if it is available, or will remain in the Ensuite Triple for their stay.

CONFIRMATION AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION

1) Please check your emails for a confirmation which will have security information to allow you to access your room.
Let your email inbox allow emails from me (hdeg.rooms@Yahoo.co.uk) and not put them in the spam folder.

2) It also helps if guests send me a sms/text message letting me know of their booking with their name. I can then transfer vital information more directly.

3) It is very important that guest travel with their cell/mobile phones for booking taxi's and other mobile needs. To reduce the cost of calls, oversea guests can purchase an international or UK Sim card for their phones.

DAY TIME ARRIVALS FROM JOHN LENNON AIRPORT AND DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE:

Take the airport shuttle bus to Liverpool South Parkway train station. From Liverpool South Parkway train station take a train a short distance to Hunts Cross station. Leave the station and come out onto the side road called Speke Road. Turn left and walk to the traffic lights. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Hillfoot Avenue and walk past the shopping area with Sommerfield’s store and continue past the petrol station to the next traffic ligh junction with Mackets's Lane. Cross the junction onto Higher road and count down the numbers. The house in on the right opposite the house on the left with a very big tree. It should only take about 10 minutes to arrive on foot.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE HOUSE TO HUNTS CROSS STATION

Turn left, on leaving the house, and walk to the first traffic lights junction with Mackets's Lane. Walk across this junction with Higher Road and Mackets lane and continue to walk along Hillfoot avenue until the next traffic light junction with Woodend Avenue to the left and Speke Road to the right. Cross the junction to the right and walk along Speke Road to the side of the Summerfield Store, past the Post Office toward the Train Station. The Station is located on the right and becomes visible as you walk toward it.

Public Transport to Anfield Football Stadium.

Take a train from Hunts Cross train station to either Central Station or to Lime Street Mainline railway Station. Leave either station and make your way to Queens Square Bus Station where you get on the No:19 Bus which will stop outside of Anfield football club. It is a short walk to the Everton/Goodison Park ground.
